Job Summary
Lead ZEEKR’s marketing strategy in Italy, driving brand awareness, customer acquisition, and retail and online sales growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the annual marketing plan and manage the budget with a strong results‑driven approach.
- Ensure consistent brand positioning and local adaptation of global campaigns.
- Lead digital marketing and performance activities (lead generation, conversion optimization).
- Oversee CRM strategy and customer lifecycle and experience programs.
- Drive retail marketing, events, launches, and high‑impact brand activations.
- Build and manage strategic partnerships with premium brands, media, and industry stakeholders.
- Support the retail network and manage local events, launches, and activations.
- Coordinate with PR function, agencies, and external partners.
- Monitor KPIs and optimize activities to improve ROI and customer acquisition.
Requirements
- Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (MBA is a plus).
- 6–10 years of experience, preferably in automotive or premium/luxury sectors.
- Strong digital marketing expertise and data‑driven mindset.
- Proven experience in brand activations, partnerships, and performance‑oriented marketing.
- Strategic thinking combined with a hands‑on, execution‑oriented approach.
