You take pleasure in conversing with diverse guests, can shake a martini like there’s no tomorrow, and always have plenty of energy - consider yourself our next bartender! : Tasks: - Prepare and serve alcoholic and non alcoholic drinks - Train team members - Plan and present bar menu - Interact with customers, take orders and serve snacks and drinks - Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies Requirements: - Proven experience as a Barista/Bartender - Languages: Fluent in Italian English (German is a plus) - Ability to keep the bar organized, stocked and clean - Open-mindedness - Problem-solving mentality - Ability to reflect and ponder - Empathy and integrity If you enjoy being the face at the end of an exciting day and can hold your own remembering the locals’ regular order, then we’d love to hear from you.
