Job Summary: To manage properly all the activities related to Barman Position
What will I be doing?
* Prepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages for bar and restaurant patrons.
* Interact with customers, take orders and serve snacks and drinks.
* Assess customers' needs and preferences and make recommendations.
* Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails
* Check customers' identification and confirm it meets legal drinking age.
* Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies.
* Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience.
* Comply with all food and beverage regulations.
What are we looking for?
* Previous experience in cocktail preparation.
* Friendly, outgoing and positive.
* Enjoy being part of a Team.
* Passion for delivering the highest levels of customer service.
* Great communication skills, desire to develop and progress in your role.
* Good stress management and organizational skills.
* Fluent in Italian and English.
