The Product Sales Specialist Clinical IT is responsible for planning, developing, and implementing activities related to Clinical IT solutions. This role is part of the Solution Design team based in Italy and is fully remote. Our vision is to reimagine healthcare, one diagnosis at a time. You will report to the Clinical IT Manager and coordinate sales, marketing, project management, and consulting activities for the Clinical IT portfolio. In this role, you will have the opportunity to: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to inform sales strategies. Conduct needs assessments with healthcare professionals and IT departments. Present product demonstrations and proposals that highlight value. Collaborate with product development, marketing, support, and services to ensure seamless customer experience from pre-sales to post-implementation. Address issues during project implementation and identify corrective actions. Build and maintain relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing targeted solutions. Act as a trusted consultant for Clinical IT solutions, sharing ideas for improvements and developments. Maintain expert knowledge of our clinical IT product portfolio. The essential requirements include: Degree in Biomedical Engineering or equivalent Minimum 3 years’ experience in IT solutions for the IVD market (e.g., Middleware, LIS) Strong communication and listening skills Fluency in Italian & English Flexibility to work hours as needed and willingness to travel 50-70% We support flexible, remote working arrangements.
