Experteer Overview
In this role you will drive growth for Monster Energy by steering key account plans and partnerships with bottlers. You will work across national and regional sales to elevate performance and hit revenue targets. You’ll craft and own the business plan for major customers, manage P&L with partners, and lead promotions and channel optimization. This is a hands‑on role that blends sales, trade marketing, and cross‑functional collaboration to fuel category growth. * Create and manage the business plan for key customers with bottlers to achieve growth goals and KPIs
* Collaborate with bottlers on the P&L for each client and oversee long‑term investments to improve profitability
* Train staff on category tools to influence customers and support category growth
* Activate sales campaigns and customer activations with marketing to enrich customer value and plan the annual promotions calendar
* Expand new distribution with the sales team
* Manage the channel/customer promotional calendar aligned with the business plan and growth/profitability targets
* Coach distributor merchandiser teams to ensure in‑store compliance and run incentive programs to boost displays
* Develop innovative promotional activities to improve sales and POS execution
Responsabilità
* Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance or related field
* More than 5 years of sales experience in retail, wholesale, and distributor environments
* 3–5 years of forecasting, Nielsen/IRI, POS and inventory reporting experience
* Advanced Microsoft Office skills
* Sales cycle knowledge, budget and P&L understanding (preferred certifications)
* Fluent English and experience managing direct reports
