We are looking for a passionate E‑Commerce Intern ready to learn, grow, and contribute to our e‑commerce run activities.
Job Description
What will you learn
- Assist in the day-to-day operational tasks related to the running of the Brand website.
- Manage the online product catalogue.
- Coordinate product launches, promotions, and site content updates.
- Monitor transactions, returns and online inventory
- Prepare weekly and monthly sales performance reports.
- Track website KPIs and use data-driven insights to provide actionable recommendations.
- Monitor innovations in the luxury/jewelry industry, analyze competition, and share best practices.
- Support stock & sales reconciliation.
- Liaise with agencies, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to ensure successful project execution
How can you contribute
- Degree in Marketing, Business, Ecommerce, or a related field.
- Previous experience in e-commerce
- Good knowledge of Google Analytics GA4.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using Excel and PowerPoint.
- Familiarity with Magento e-commerce platform, SEA and SEO is a plus
- Positive energy, creativity, and a results-driven approach.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a proactive and open-minded attitude.
- Fluency in Italian and English, knowledge of additional languages is highly valued.
