Job Description
You’ll join our International Marketing team, contributing to the development and execution of communication strategies for the ACE brand across global markets. You will be exposed to the full lifecycle of brand building—from product development in collaboration with Technology Innovation, to the delivery of communication assets together with creative agencies.
What you’ll be Empowered To Do
Actively contribute to ATL and BTL communication projects, supporting the creation of integrated campaigns across markets
Work closely with cross‑functional teams (Technology Innovation, R&D, Sales, Regulatory) and external agencies to deliver projects end‑to‑end
Support the development of brand and communication strategies based on consumer understanding and market dynamics
Analyze local insights and competitive landscape to contribute to strategic recommendations
Strengthen Brand Equity by adapting global initiatives to regional specificities
Manage projects with a structured approach, ensuring timelines, quality, and alignment across stakeholders
Collaborate in an international environment, adapting communication style and approach to diverse cultures and interlocutors

Master’s degree completed or in progress in Economics, Marketing, Business Administration or related fields
Solid knowledge of strategic and operational marketing
Strong analytical and communication skills
Excellent command of Excel and PowerPoint
Strong interpersonal skills
Fluent in both English and Italian
