Responsibilities - Develop and execute business development and sales strategies for assigned territories. - Manage key accounts to achieve revenue, booking, and design win targets. - Forecast sales pipelines, identify emerging opportunities, and drive market penetration. - Build and maintain relationships with senior customer stakeholders and partners. - Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align customer needs with roadmap priorities. - Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to refine strategy. - Support new product launches and go-to-market plans in collaboration with regional teams. Qualifications - BSEE or MSEE preferred, with strong technical background in semiconductor or silicon IP. - 10 years of experience in sales, business development, or customer management within the semiconductor industry. - Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and developing key accounts. - Experience with interface subsystems, memory IP, or security IP solutions. - Strong presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. - Familiarity with CRM tools such as Salesforce and data-driven sales forecasting. Preferred / Plus - Existing network within major semiconductor or OEM organizations. - Ability to work cross-functionally across global time zones. - Strategic mindset combined with hands-on execution.
