SALES ENGINEER | SALES TECHNICIAN - Tools / Mechanical Processing

ROLE:
Within the Italian structure and reporting to the relevant Sales Manager, the resource will deal with the development of the distribution market, in his area of expertise (Romagna, Marche, Tuscany, Umbria), through a structured partnership program and numerous areas of application / markets (Automotive, Aerospace, Construction – Earthmoving, Mining Industry, Home Appliance, General Industry, …)
A solid technical base is required, the ability to accommodate and anticipate the needs expressed by the customer by playing a liaison role with the partner retailer, compliance with the agreed terms, the quality and performance of the proposed solutions.
Specifically, the contents of the position will be:
1. Sales, technical consultancy and support both to the distribution partner and directly to the customer within the various projects.
2. Achieve budget objectives by identifying and expanding market share within established customers.
3. Develop the prospect market by identifying potential buyers together with the partner distributor, in the Automotive, Aerospace, Construction - Earthmoving, Mining, General Mechanics, Home Appliance markets
4. Support customer needs in terms of business, technology and technical specifications by identifying the most appropriate business solutions - products and services.
5. Manage forecasting, customer planning and reporting activities.
PROFILE WANTED:
6. Technical diploma (degree in engineering is preferred).
7. Technical knowledge of mechanical processing using machine tools (chip removal, drilling, threading, milling, ...).
8. Consolidated experience in commercial management through resellers and distributors.
9. Ability to conduct customer analysis, planning and reporting.
10. Broad organizational autonomy.
11. Excellent knowledge of the English language.
PLACE OF WORK:
The position is home based and refers to the Romagna, Marche, Tuscany and Umbria areas. It is preferable to live in areas that allow you to follow the reference area punctually.
