Summer Production Operator
We are currently seeking temporary production operators for the summer season to join our team at our semiconductor manufacturing facility. As a Summer Job production operator, you will play a key role in the semiconductor manufacturing process, ensuring compliance with the highest quality standards.
Responsibilities
* Operating and monitoring production equipment to ensure smooth and efficient semiconductor production.
* Following standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions to maintain consistency and quality in the manufacturing process.
* Conducting regular inspections and quality checks to identify any defects or deviations from specifications.
* Troubleshooting and resolving minor equipment issues to minimize downtime and maintain productivity.
* Assisting with equipment setups, changeovers, and preventative maintenance activities as needed.
* Collaborating with cross‑functional teams, including engineers and technicians, to address production issues and optimize processes.
* Adhering to safety protocols and maintaining a clean and organized work area.
* Accurately documenting production data, including quantities produced, equipment performance, and any issues encountered.
* Participating in training and professional development programs to enhance knowledge and skills in semiconductor manufacturing.
Requirements
* Technical high school diploma in electronics, electrical engineering, computer science, mechatronics or similar.
* Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment, preferably in semiconductor production.
* Familiarity with cleanroom protocols and semiconductor manufacturing processes is preferred.
* Strong attention to detail and ability to follow precise instructions and procedures.
* Good problem‑solving skills and ability to troubleshoot minor equipment issues.
* Good communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with cross‑functional teams.
* Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
* Knowledge of safety regulations and commitment to maintaining a safe work environment.
