You'll work with cross‐functional teams to enhance the buyer and seller experience across Italy and beyond. You will translate data into actionable plans, optimize selection, and strengthen relationships with sellers and industry partners. This is a fast‐paced opportunity to shape the collectibles marketplace and contribute to eBay's mission of connecting people and communities.Retribuzione / BenefitsIdentify supply and demand opportunities using market insights and internal data to drive growth and market shareBuild and refine assortment strategies to expand and optimize selection, improving discoverability, GMV, and buyer satisfactionPartner with local and global teams on seller acquisition, account management, and targeted marketing and PR initiativesDevelop relationships with key industry participants to enhance services and offerings for buyers and sellersCollaborate with Product and Global Business Unit teams to shape and launch features that improve the user experiencePlan and execute a year‐round site merchandising calendar aligned to key trading moments and seasonal eventsTrack and analyse category performance metrics to inform decisions and represent the Collectibles category internally and externallyResponsabilitàExperience in, or a strong demonstrated passion for, the Collectibles market (e.g. trading cards, coins, toys, etc)First‐hand experience buying or selling trading cards on eBay or similar platformsAbility to analyse data, generate insights, and translate them into clear actionsStrategic thinking with a proactive, solution‐focused approachProject management and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate across teamsComfort working in a fast‐paced e‐commerce environmentAbility to build effective relationships with internal and external partnersFluency in Italian and English (written and spoken), with willingness to travel as needed
