They will manage the day-to-day operations of the community and have a passion for exceeding resident expectations and providing exceptional customer service. /pp- Manage operate the property within the financial guidelines. /pp- Oversee marketing, maintenance, retention strategies, and communications. /pp- Work closely with the Regional Manager to oversee interviewing, onboarding, coaching, and supervision of all community staff. /pp- Set rental rates, oversee collections, and handle financial duties (budgeting, deposits, reporting, etc.). /pp- Approve submit invoices from all service providers. /pp- Maintain knowledge of the competition. /pp- Handle all escalated concerns. /pp- Walk the property daily to identify maintenance and resident issues. /pp- Ensure regular and predictable attendance with a professional appearance and attitude. /pp- Process all forms, reports, and administrative information efficiently and timely. /pp- Be creative within budget constraints. /pp- Demonstrate strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer service focus and attention to detail. /pp- Connect effectively with long-term residents. /pp- Experience with Resman/Knock online system preferred. /pp- CRM or ARM certification preferred. /pp- Bachelor's degree preferred but not required. /pp- Offer full medical benefits with a 401K. /pp- Housing discounts applicable. /pp- Competitive bonuses. /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
