Responsibilities
* Strengthen the company’s presence in Southern Italy by maintaining and expanding key accounts.
* Maximize the potential of the existing customer base and build long-term partnerships.
* Increase customer satisfaction, identify new opportunities for collaboration, and contribute to the region’s growth and success.
Qualifications
* Strong B2B sales background with experience in key account management and customer retention.
* Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills; self-motivated, resilient, and results-driven.
* Strong analytical skills for interpreting sales data and market trends to inform strategy.
* Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office; fluency in English and Italian.
* Extensive travel across Southern Italy; valid driving license is essential.
* A bachelor’s degree in Business or Marketing is desirable.
* Experience in the foam or industrial products sector is advantageous, as is familiarity with Italian market dynamics, supply chain processes, and sales forecasting.
