Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
Develop close relationships with end users, consultants, and specifiers in the Video Security Channel to promote the Hanwha brand and increase sales of security products.
Achieve sales objectives related to product and volume targets by analyzing market opportunities and influencing decision makers.
Engage in strategic planning for short and medium-term sales, collaborating with the Product Management team to position Hanwha products effectively.
Manage and develop a network of partners (integrators and installers) within the Hanwha channel partner program, focusing on sales revenue.
Support Strategic Sales Managers in identifying opportunities within designated vertical markets.
Conduct end-user consultations, liaise with system integrators, and ensure customers are informed about products.
Increase project pipeline and revenue, create new customer relationships, and report weekly on sales progress.
Analyze existing customer data, segment markets, and contribute ideas for marketing and product launches.
Focus on product/channel/customer margins, accurate forecasting, and meeting budgets and targets.
Requirements:
Proven success in business development or sales, achieving targets in demanding environments.
Extensive knowledge of CCTV and related technologies, with experience presenting solutions to end users and consultants.
Ability to understand customer needs, define solutions, and prepare professional proposals.
Knowledge of the electronic security market, IT & Networking channels, and potential customers.
Experience with CCTV manufacturers is a plus.
Understanding of network video systems and topology.
Business or technical degree preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
Strong relationship-building skills and motivation to enhance market presence.
Independent thinker with good judgment and team-oriented approach.
Organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and solution-focused.
Self-motivated with project management and communication skills, capable of engaging at all levels.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Fluent in English and at least one European language.
Clean driving license.
Location:
This role is field-based, ideally residing in the Milan area or South Italy, with extensive travel within Italy and occasional travel abroad.
