OverviewWe are looking for an experienced Europe Market Director to lead and scale market growth across Europe in the consumer technology / smart hardware sector. Define and execute the European market growth strategy, including revenue targets, market share expansion, and regional go-to-market plans
Oversee regional brand strategy and marketing initiatives, including digital campaigns, social media, and localized marketing activities
Identify and develop KOL and influencer partnerships to strengthen brand visibility in European markets
Establish and lead the European regional team, including sales, marketing, and operations functions
Collaborate closely with global teams to align on product strategy, pricing, and commercial priorities
8+ years of experience in consumer electronics, smart hardware, or related technology industries
Proven experience building or scaling markets from early stage to growth phase (0 1 or 1 N)
Excellent stakeholder management and cross-cultural communication skills
Fluent in English
Data-driven decision maker with strong analytical skills
