As a Key Account Manager, you will play a crucial role in implementing sales strategies to achieve category sales targets and increase market share. Your deep knowledge of business, products, and retail channels in the Italian territory will be essential in this endeavor.
The role requires direct reporting to a Sales Director, where you will execute sales strategies to reach sales targets and increase market share through accurate sales forecasting and knowledge of sell-in/sell-out practices.
* You will acquire market knowledge to capitalize on opportunities and boost sales.
* You will collaborate with other Key Account Managers to optimize LG's position across all sales channels.
* You will develop short-term and long-term sales plans and forecasts, as well as prepare sales strategies for assigned customers.
* You will serve as a key point of contact between customers and the organization, facilitating information flow and enhancing customer satisfaction.
* You will maintain high levels of awareness about market and competitor activity, customer trends, and provide stakeholders with valuable feedback.
* You will closely monitor customers through accurate forecasting, sell-out information, budgetary control, and cost management.
* You will foster strong relationships with internal departments, including Marketing, Product Management, Sales Administration, Customer Service, Logistics, Credit Control, and Finance.
