Key Responsibilities
* Provide technical presales support to the sales team
* Develop customized PV and BESS solutions in line with local grid requirements and customer needs
* Deliver technical presentations, product training sessions, and webinars for partners and customers
* Support system sizing, yield simulations, and preparation of technical documentation
* Provide on-site technical assistance during installation and commissioning when required
* Collaborate with international technical teams to resolve complex issues
* Support product compliance and certification processes according to applicable standards
Qualifications
* 1–3 years of experience in technical presales, field engineering, or solution engineering within the solar or energy storage industry
* Solid understanding of PV systems (rooftop and ground-mounted) and Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS)
* Familiarity with grid connection standards and regulatory requirements
* Strong communication and presentation skills
* Professional proficiency in Italian and English
* Availability for business travel as needed
