The E-Commerce Omnichannel Intern has the mission to support the E-commerce Omnichannel Project Manager in all activities related to Omnichannel projects (Ship from Stores' Buy Online Pick up in-store' I-Pad in-store/GStock and' where applicable' Buy Online Return in-store).
CORE JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support in carrying out of Omnichannel Projects;
- Support in all analyses related to Omnichannel projects;
- Support in the preparation of materials related to Omnichannel projects;
- Support in liaising with B2C Customer Care team' MIS team' Retail Operations team and all internal dpt. that may be involved in Omnichannel projects;
- Support in liaising with stores involved in Omnichannel projects.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree;
- Previous working experience in Customer Care or in a store;
- Fluent English. Any additional language is considered a plus;
- Good knowledge of Office package;
- Organizational skills' cooperative and flexible;
- Team working and communication skills;
- Attention to details;
- Think outside the box.
