Within our European Sales team, we are looking for an Account Manager Commercial Printing based in Itlay;
The Account Manager acts as single point of contact to customers for ECO3 products & services and is responsible for identifying opportunities, creating an account strategy, coordinating and controlling the sales process, managing customer and dealer expectations and negotiating contracts. Create and execute a strategic account plan
Accompany prospective customers from first contact to closing of contract
Negotiate with customers (new sales, upgrades, service contracts, dealers)
Coordinate and control sales processes
Natural building of networks
Accountability for profitable offer calculation, submission and contract management

Your analytical skills will help you to recognize and interpret complex customer requests and make the correct judgment in providing the right solution.
Hands-on experience with Color Management Systems and printing standards is highly appreciated.
You will be part of an international team and good communication skills, both written and oral, are key in this role and you should possess a good level of English.

This is a home-based role, with a requirement to travel (80%/20%) to customer sites in Italy, and to visit our HQ office in Belgium occasionally for training purposes. xjrgpwk
