The Role Tamura Magnetic Engineering, part of Tamura Group, is looking for a motivated and experienced Business Controller & Accounting Assistant to join our team. This role is ideal for a professional with 5–7 years of experience in accounting, financial reporting, and controlling activities who is eager to contribute to the success of a global organization.
The successful candidate will support the Finance Department in ensuring accurate financial reporting, business performance monitoring, and compliance with company policies and local regulations.
Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing activities.
Monitor budget performance, cost control activities, and variance analysis.
Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and financial forecasts.
Support cash flow monitoring and working capital management.
Maintain accounting records and ensure the accuracy of general ledger transactions.
Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
Liaise with external auditors, tax consultants, and local authorities when required.
Ensure compliance with internal controls, company procedures, and accounting standards.
Provide financial analysis and business insights to support management decision-making.
Support process improvement initiatives within finance and administration functions.
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
~5–7 years of experience in accounting, finance, controlling, or similar positions.
~ Good understanding of budgeting, forecasting, and cost analysis.
~ Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems.
~ Professional proficiency in Italian and English, both written and spoken.
~ Full-time employment.
Fixed-term contract with the possibility of conversion to a permanent contract.
Annual gross salary (RAL) between €28,000 and €35,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
