Continuously monitor market dynamics and competitors, and provide strategic feedback to headquarters.Job QualificationsIndustry Background: Minimum 3-5 years of sales experience in the medical device industry, with proven experience in Surgical Staplers, Laparoscopic instruments, or Bariatric Surgery consumables.Education & Language: Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Medicine, Biomedical Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields. Fluent in Italian (written and spoken) is mandatory;
proficiency in Chinese/English is a strong asset.Core CompetenciesClinical & Business Acumen: Strong understanding of operating room (OR) environments, surgical procedures, and outstanding commercial insight.Soft Skills: Strong communication, interpersonal, and high-stakes negotiation skills with surgeons and hospital purchasing departments.Drive: Result-oriented, self-motivated, and capable of working independently in a remote team structure.
