Position Details: Sector: Durable goods and innovative solutions for Logistics Industries Business Channels: B2B direct channel Location: Province of Pordenone, Friuli Venezia Giulia Level & RAL: Max managerial level, RAL €55k-€65k Role Overview: Reporting directly to the Group Sales Director, the Product Manager will define a strategic roadmap to maximize the value of the product family globally. The role involves supporting the Sales Teams (Italy and abroad) and collaborating across departments (R&D, Sales & Marketing, Supply Chain, Purchasing, Manufacturing). The candidate will contribute to achieving commercial objectives by analyzing market data and sales reporting. Key Responsibilities: Research and analyze technical solutions to meet customer needs and preferences, engaging with international and domestic B2B technical stakeholders in Supply Chain, Operations, and Logistics. Define global product positioning strategies, identify technical features, and assess market-specific needs, contributing to product development and liaising with Technical and Sales departments. Analyze markets, competitors, and key accounts; manage the Product Life Cycle; propose new product development based on market insights; oversee complex technological projects. Communicate corporate sustainability policies, promoting the value of company actions. Focus on product improvement, proactively managing the product plan in collaboration with relevant teams, and conducting market potential assessments both qualitatively and quantitatively. Requirements & Skills: Proven experience in a similar role, preferably with a background in marketing and solid experience in international industrial production contexts, ideally supporting Supply Chain. Pricing, data analysis, segmentation, and product positioning skills. Technical drawing knowledge. Excellent command of English; MBA qualification is a plus.
