We will define the final shape of the project together. /ph3Who we’re looking for /h3pI’m looking for a true co-founder to build this project with me from the ground up. /ppYou: /pullihave a strong entrepreneurial mindset and want to own something, not just execute tasks /liliunderstand how to build and grow an e-commerce business (from zero, not only in a corporate environment) /liliexperience with fashion, streetwear, or other lifestyle brands is a plus, but not mandatory /liliare already interested in Bitcoin and its culture, or you feel a strong pull toward it and are ready to go deep /liliare comfortable working with uncertainty, making hypotheses, and testing them quickly with real users and real numbers /li /ulpYou do not need to be a developer or a designer, but you need to understand product, customers, brand, and economics well enough to make informed decisions and challenge assumptions. /ph3What you’ll be doing /h3ulliShape the vision and positioning of the project together with me, turning a high level idea into a concrete value proposition. /liliHelp define what we sell - starting from apparel and lifestyle products - to whom, and why they should care. /liliLead the e-commerce side: platform choice, store setup, analytics, funnels, and optimisation. /liliDesign and run experiments to test demand, pricing, and messaging with minimum waste of time and budget. /liliExplore and activate communities in the Bitcoin world and in adjacent spaces (events, creators, forums, meetups). /liliSet up and refine the basic operating system of the project: logistics partners, customer support approach, simple processes and tools. /liliContribute to fundraising and strategic partnerships once we have validated the direction and are ready to scale. /li /ulh3Why this project? /h3pIf you believe Bitcoin is more than a price chart and that it will shape culture in the long term, this project is an opportunity to work at that intersection in a very practical way: where money, culture, and what people choose to wear and use every day meet. /ppThis is a real co-founder role. We will incorporate the company together and build it from zero. Equity will be a central part of your compensation from the beginning.
