The IT Infrastructure Coordinator will be based in Lastra Signa (FI) and supports the delivery and operation of all IT infrastructure services for the organization, including hosting, cloud, networking and all Windows Server core technology services. Co-Responsible for information technical controls to ensure confidentiality, integrity and availability of company services and support the information security standards
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
* Key point of reference for day to day assistance to Lastra Signa population
* Maintain essential IT infrastructure, including operating systems, security tools, applications, servers, email systems, laptops, desktops, software, and hardware.
* Identification and evaluation of best of breed IT solutions to be adopted.
* Develop expertise to train staff on new technologies via an internal wiki with technical documentation, manuals and IT policies.
* Supporting, as Project Manager, the delivery of IT projects and solutions regarding business initiative or cyber security strategy (e.g., threat protection, identity protection, data protection) coordinating different stakeholders and in line with needs coming from different units.
* Handle business-critical IT tasks and systems to enhanced business related services level availability.
* Managing and coordinating IT external partners and vendors
* Support the definition and development of group IT cyber security strategy and regulation (policies and guidelines)
* Provide support in drafting security reports intended for top management.
* Stay up to date for emerging security risks, regulatory compliance or new technologies across industry/national cyber security initiatives.
KEY REQUIREMENTS:
* 2-4 years of experience in a similar position, either in a consulting or in a structured corporation
* Experience with databases (MS SQL), networks (LAN, WAN) and patch management
* Knowledge of Microsoft platforms and solutions, especially Office365 suite, Azure/Entra cloud configurations
* Familiarity with various operating systems and platforms
* Resourcefulness and problem-solving aptitude
* Proven communication and organizational skills
* Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science or a related disciplines a plus
* Well-motivated, well-organized, capable to work in an International complex environment.
* Fluent in oral and written English and Italian
* Proven Project Management abilities and technical competences
* Technical knowledge of ICT infrastructures and systems and related processes for the management of users/roles/authorizations on infrastructure platforms and applications environment
* Specific Certifications (i.e., CISM, CISSP, etc.) are preferred.
* Applicable information security administration, management, governance, and compliance principles, practices, laws, rules and regulations.
* Cybersecurity standard frameworks, controls, technology, and solutions are a plus
