Teknomega’s expertise is rooted in extensive technical and commercial experience in the electrical and mechanical industrial fields. Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for an Export Sales Manager, based in the Greater Milan Metropolitan Area with flexibility for frequent business trips. The Export Sales Manager will be frequently traveling to foreign customers and partnera, will be responsible for overseeing and expanding international sales operations, identifying and developing new business opportunities in global markets, managing a team of 5 resources (based in Italy and abroad) and building relationships with customers and key stakeholders. The role involves formulating and executing strategic business plans, negotiating contracts, and achieving revenue growth while ensuring customer satisfaction. xdwybme Collaboration with internal teams to align sales strategies with organizational goals will also be an essential aspect of this position. Qualifications Experience in Export and International Sales, with a proven ability to manage and grow international business opportunities Strong capabilities in Business Planning and strategic goal setting Proficiency in Sales and International Business operations, including negotiation and customer relationship management Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills Ability to work in a hybrid environment, balancing office-based and remote work effectively Proficiency in multiple languages is a plus
