Curious, open-minded, and guided by strong values 5+ years’ experience in luxury dining, with a true feel for fine hospitality A natural leader who inspires teams and communicates with impact Master of guest relations, fine dining service, and event execution Commercially sharp — skilled in budgeting, P&L;, and cost control Tech-savvy with POS, CRM, and reservation systems Fluent in English and Italian (other languages a plus) Detail-driven, guest-focused, and quick to adapt in fast-paced settings
