**Job description**:
We are looking for a talented individual who can be responsible for the administrative co-ordination of the sales team; marketing assistance and assistant to the Sales&Marketing; Director. The position will report directly to the Sales&Marketing; Director Italy, office based in Rome
The Role
Provide administrative assistance to the Sales&Marketing; Director for Patient&Recovery; Division
Coordinate and execute travel requirements
Schedules appointments, meetings, and conference rooms
Provide general administrative support, including meetings management, logistics and assistance to sales team
Conduct Admin Induction for new starters
Facilitate regular communication to internal and external stakeholders
Train new hires
Organize logistics of all trade fairs and congresses
Advocate ad monitor cost containment/reduction though proactive advice on travel, hotels, meetings etc, in support of BUD
Assists in the preparation of data
Is responsible for demo process
Loan process management
Complaint process management
Back Order management
Sales Data management

Minimum of 3 years administrative experience
Pro-active and very well organized
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Ability to work cross functionally
Categoria Protetta, Law 68/99
Self-motivated
Able to work alone, but also as part of a team
Takes initiative/ownership and leads where necessary
Ability to prioritize daily workload
Effective experience in software programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
