The Digital Sales Manager plays a pivotal role within the Commercial team, driving strategic activation of digital sales across direct and indirect channels. This role leads the execution of online sales initiatives, optimizing the property's digital presence on Marriott.com, multilingual global sites, OTAs, search engines, and metasearch platforms. Working closely with marketing, revenue, and distribution teams, the Digital Sales Manager is responsible for bmaximizing conversion, increasing market share, and generating revenue /b, while ensuring a consistent and high‑performing digital experience. This role acts as a strategic advisor for digital sales initiatives, with a strong focus on results and growth. /p h3Education and Experience /h3 ul liBachelor’s degree in digital marketing, Business Administration, eCommerce, or related field. /li li2+ years of experience in digital sales, eCommerce, marketing, or online distribution. Hospitality or agency experience preferred. /li /ul h3Core Responsibilities /h3 h3Digital Sales Strategy /h3 ul liDefine and implement strategic digital sales priorities aligned with commercial goals. /li liCollaborate with Business Development and Marriott Digital Services to monitor and optimize online sales performance. /li liAnalyze conversion and revenue KPIs, proposing corrective actions and optimizations. /li liManage digital activity budgets with a focus on ROI and performance. /li /ul h3Online Commercial Activation /h3 ul liCoordinate digital sales campaigns with agencies and internal teams. /li liOptimize Paid Search and retargeting campaign performance. /li liOversee the PLUS platform for participating properties. /li liIdentify local and cluster‑based activation opportunities to boost sales. /li /ul h3Direct Channel Optimization /h3 ul liContinuously audit and enhance content and user experience on Marriott.com and hotel‑specific pages. /li liSupport the development of conversion‑focused web modules (e.g., offer pages, landing pages). /li /ul h3OTA and Metasearch Channel Management /h3 ul liEnsure optimal presence of properties on OTAs and metasearch platforms. /li liCoordinate promotional and merchandising tactics (e.g., Expedia TravelAds). /li liPartner with Revenue Managers to improve sales performance across third‑party channels. /li /ul h3New Hotel Openings /h3 ul liLead digital activation for new openings, including Marriott.com and OTA setup. /li liVerify correct pricing and content configuration. /li liCollaborate with Marketing to position the hotel across digital channels. /li /ul h3Required Skills /h3 ul li1‑3 years of experience in similar roles. /li liStrong strategic thinking with hands‑on execution capabilities. /li liExcellent project management and cross‑functional coordination skills. /li liCollaborative and flexible mindset. /li liWillingness to travel across the 4 properties. /li /ul pNote: Please note that no accommodation will be provided for the above position.
