You will be part of the Personal Health team for IIG (Italy, Israel and Greece), collaborating across the different organizations and reporting to the Consumer Marketing Leader. /ph3Your Role /h3ulliBuild strategic media plans to achieve Business Marketing goals and sell‑out ambitions by working with the media agency. /liliAnalyze media landscape to develop comprehensive and innovative marketing/media tactics that outperform the competition. /liliDesign and implement data‑driven marketing strategies aimed at driving significant increases in traffic, leads, and sales. /liliPartner with Shopper Marketing Commercial teams to embed media capabilities in e‑trade and Retail Media plans to effectively drive sell‑out. /liliCollaborate with local and regional Marketing teams to localize creative assets and toolkits. /liliDevelop test‑and‑learn programs with agencies to optimise performance. /liliConduct data analysis to make informed, data‑driven decisions that continuously improve campaign performance and maximise return on investment (ROI). /liliMonitor Media, Marketing Business KPIs and report insights to senior management highlighting progress and areas for improvement. /li /ulh3You're The Right Fit If You Have /h3ulliBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related fields. /lili3‑5+ years in performance marketing, media planning, or digital marketing in an agency or multinational company environment. /liliAdvanced knowledge of media platforms, data analysis, KPIs (CPA, ROAS), and digital marketing tools. /liliStrong analytical skills (including advanced Excel expertise) to calculate ROI and manage budget planning effectively. /liliNegotiation skills to increase efficiency of media investments. /liliStrong ability to work in cross‑functional teams, results‑oriented mindset, and innovative approach. /liliExcellent stakeholder management skills to collaborate across internal teams and with external agencies. /liliProven ability to work effectively as a team player, building trust and collaboration. /liliExcellent presentation and communication skills. /liliA global mindset with cultural agility, a consumer‑centric approach, and a data‑driven decision‑making style. /liliFluent in English in addition to Italian as local language. /li /ulh3How We Work Together /h3pWe believe that we are better together than apart.
