What you’ll do:
• Deepen your knowledge of regulations for the storage and distribution of human and veterinary medicines (DPR 309/1990, Legislative Decree 219/2006, Legislative Decree 193/2006)
• Support your mentor managing pharmaceuticals in compliance with existing SOPs
• Assist the Responsible Person in monitoring temperatures, analyzing trends and deviations to ensure compliance
• Collaborate on narcotics management: purchase orders, periodic reporting, import/export permits, and documentation
• Contribute to root cause analysis and define corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) using DHL’s eQMS system.
What we’re looking for:
* Recent graduates or final-year students in Pharmacy/CTF
* Interest in logistics processes
* Excellent knowledge of Excel and MS Office Suite
* Proactive, problem-solving mindset and eagerness to learn
* Good communication skills in English.
