Your Role and Responsibilities
- Looking for motivated, curious and tech‑passionate people with good experience with ServiceNow, in particular a great knowledge of its components and modules.
- Working across all ServiceNow modules in the RUN team for an important customer.
- Providing development and maintenance related support for ServiceNow tool implementation and customization.
- Developing with Client Scripts, UI policies, UI Macros, Scheduled Jobs, Flow Designer and Background Scripts to expand ServiceNow usage for the clients.
- Working on Data Source and building scripts for Transform Map to import the asset/CI data into ServiceNow using import sets.
- Using Service Catalog items and complex workflows to automate user’s daily business processes.
- Building tables, customizing and designing forms, fields as per the customer needs.
- Collecting customer requirements, writing technical documents and designing solutions.
- Active listening skills, respecting others' point of view and taking ownership of contributing the required input while demonstrating strong communication skills, interpersonal skills, customer centric attitude, ability to deal with cultural diversity, proven team player and team builder.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
- Bachelor, University or Master Degree into STEM disciplines (Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, Statistics)
- Minimal B1 knowledge of English language
- 3+ years experience with ServiceNow as application developer
