Job Description:
Achieve the sales and profitability targets agreed with management within the nominated Customers panel and the assigned Countries / Areas / Regions.
Responsibilities:
* Develop a comprehensive understanding of the market, including customer mapping, competitive environment, and pricing/delivery times requested by local customers.
* Identify and develop potential customers within the assigned areas.
* Ensure SEKO registration and pre-qualification in vendor lists.
* Build and maintain relationships with customers' decision-makers and technical teams.
* Stimulate inquiries and tenders for available products.
* Oversee the preparation of proposals or tenders.
* Participate in bidding procedures.
* Attend negotiations through to the final contract award.
* Manage existing agents and distributors within the territories, propose sales targets, and evaluate performance.
* Propose, screen, and participate in the selection of new agents or distributors.
* Ensure full payment is received in accordance with contractual Terms & Conditions.
* Prepare and discuss Sales and Visit Reports.
