Responsibilities:
• Conduct market visits to identify and onboard potential retail partners suitable for our e-Bike products.
• Build and maintain relationships with retail stores, ensuring sales growth, inventory management, staff training, and effective product display.
• Collaborate with stores to monitor sales performance and provide ongoing support, including managing account receivables and addressing operational needs.
• Gather market insights and competitive data to optimize sales strategies and inform decision-making.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Management, Marketing, or a related field.
• Strong communication skills and enthusiasm for sales.
• Willingness to travel extensively and independently within the assigned territory. Minimum 50% travel required.
• Experience in sales roles, especially in the bicycle or e-Bike industry, is stronglypreferred. • Driving license and ability to conduct market visits independently.
• Passion for cycling, preferably with a background in mountain biking.
• Ability to quickly learn technical product details and provide product demonstrations.
• Open-minded, adaptable, and able to work under minimal supervision while achieving set goals.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and related office skills
