Category Managers have end-to-end responsibility for the customer experience and growth of the category they own.Anticipate customer needs and incorporate them into the functional roadmap to drive major changes or enhancements that improve the customer experience.Drive changes across the pre-purchase and post-purchase span of the customer journey on Amazon.in, simplifying the purchase experience.Own specific charters in these areas and work with internal partner teams and external stakeholders to bring about the change.Act as an effective leader, demonstrate strong business judgment, ownership values, and relationship management skills.
Basic Qualifications
1+ years of account management, project or program management, or buying experience.Bachelor's degree.Experience using analytical specific tools such as Google Analytics, SQL, or HTML.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in process improvement.Experience managing large amounts of data.Experience in financial analysis, retail buying, retail planning & allocation, product/project management, marketing, business development, consulting, negotiation, or supply chain.
