POur Jr Key Account Manager Multi-channel Inside Sales drives business development and manage relationships with global clients across assigned channels, focusing on proactive lead generation, inside sales, and portfolio expansion. /ppbr / /ppstrongMain Responsibilities /strong /pullistrongFull Account Lifecycle Management: /strong End-to-end management of assigned client relationships, from initial acquisition to long-term retention and development. /lilistrongNew Business Inside Sales: /strong Proactively identify new prospects or be assigned by the Head of Global Channels function, within the Hospitality sector, through structured cold calling and emailing to convert leads into concrete opportunities. /lilistrongMulti-channel Execution: /strong Manage sales across various corporate channels (Direct, Distributors, Partners), ensuring commercial consistency and landing of the main projects (Airlines Cruises). /lilistrongCross-selling Portfolio Expansion: /strong Analyze current client needs to propose complementary solutions from the Group’s ecosystem, increasing the "wallet share" per account. /li /ulpbr / /ppstrongKey Experiences /strong /pp2-3 years in commercial roles; br / experience in Inside Sales or Business Development is highly preferred. /ppbr / /ppstrongKey Knowledge Competencies /strong /pullistrongSales acumen /strongwith a focus on proactive lead generation and inside sales. /lilistrongSales proficiency /strong and data-driven approach to sales planning (CMR and Excel). /lilistrongFluent English /strong (written and spoken). /li /ulpbr / /ppstrongPersonal Qualities /strong /ppStrong proactive sales orientation, analytical mindset, and tenacity in lead generation. /ppbr / /ppstrongProactivity Drive: /strong Strong orientation toward action and the generation of new business contacts. /ppstrongAnalytical Mindset: /strong Ability to leverage data (in collaboration with Sales Ops) to plan targeted sales campaigns for existing clients. /ppstrongCommunication Tenacity /strong: High level of persistence in lead generation and clarity in presenting the corporate value proposition. /ppstrongFlexibility: /strong Adaptability to a fast-paced environment and multiple sales channels. /p
