We are looking for a creative, data-driven Social Media Specialist to join our fast‐paced Social Media team. In this role, you'll help shape our brand presence across SHEIN's social channels. If you're organised, proactive and confident in creating social‐first content, this is your chance to play a key part in growing an exciting, fashion‐led brand.
Your Role & Scope
Develop and own the weekly content calendar, ensuring all content is strategically aligned with our brand voice and marketing campaigns.
Oversee the end‐to‐end publishing process across all social media channels, guaranteeing timely and flawless execution that aligns with our content calendar.
Content Creation
Lead the hands‐on creation of original, social‐first video content, particularly for TikTok and Instagram.
Develop and produce recurring content series that blend creative storytelling with brand consistency, fostering a loyal and engaged community.
Community Management
Foster a positive and inclusive online environment by responding to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely, authentic, and on‐brand voice.
Serve as the team's cultural pulse, proactively identifying and analysing emerging social media trends, platform updates, and viral moments.
Leverage these insights to recommend and pilot new content formats and strategies, ensuring the brand remains at the forefront of digital culture.
Performance & Analytics
Track, analyse and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), including reach, engagement and follower growth.
Translate raw data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations to continuously optimise content performance and drive strategy.
Cross‐Functional Collaboration
Collaborate seamlessly with campaign and influencer teams and more to ensure a cohesive brand message and contribute to integrated, impactful campaigns.
Requirements To Thrive In Your New Role
You live and breathe social media, you keep up with trends, platform changes, viral content.
You have 2‐4 years of experience managing social accounts (agency or in‐house, ideally in fashion).
You're data literate: comfortable reading analytics dashboards and using insight to iterate.
Strong content creation skills, writing captions, sourcing visuals/UGC, basic design or editing skills (Canva, Photoshop, or equivalent). xivgfpx
