We aim to help our employees grow and succeed, fostering their unique talents and potential.We are seeking a highly talented and self-motivated Digital Customer Engagement Manager to join us in advancing technology through innovation and creativity.Your Role ResponsibilitiesAs a Digital Customer Engagement Manager, your key responsibilities include:Supporting sales to delivery handover and customer onboarding for SAP Enterprise Cloud Services.Contributing to onboarding and transitioning customers to SAP Enterprise Cloud Services.Managing overall service and project delivery within scope, budget, and timelines.Assisting in de-escalating critical customer issues.Collaborating with Major Incident Management, SAP Customer Office, and SAP Support teams for critical situations.Participating in customer release and maintenance activities.Supporting customers with technical requirements throughout their lifecycle.Executing problem management and continuous improvement initiatives.Liaising with SAP stakeholders to ensure customer success.Reviewing account status and analyzing the need for account transition based on growth.Facilitating faster onboarding of associates through training documentation.Enabling continuous knowledge transfer sessions on new topics and refreshers.Qualifications ExperienceRequired technical skills:At least 5 years of experience in SAP Basis.Hands-on experience with HANA database.Mandatory experience in SAP Upgrade Migration (OS/DB).Experience with SaaS integrations (Ariba, Salesforce, C4S) is a plus.Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).Italian language proficiency at C2 or native level.English proficiency at B2 level or above.Work experience:5-6 years in multinational software/IT organizations.5 years of SAP S/4HANA knowledge.At least 2 years of cloud experience in solution management, consulting, or delivery.Why UsFast-growing global tech company with offices in 50+ countries and 225,000 employees.Highly diverse workforce with 165 nationalities.Global collaboration opportunities.Virtual-first work environment promoting flexibility and work-life balance.Investment in your growth with learning and career development.Comprehensive employee benefits.Certified great place to work and top employer in multiple countries.Equality Opportunity for AllWe are committed to equal employment opportunities for all applicants and employees, regardless of race, religion, sex, age, national origin, disability, or other protected statuses, in accordance with applicable laws.
