Under the supervision of the Bar Manager, your responsibilities will include:
Welcominglech guests and presenting the cocktail menuAssisting in cocktail preparation following established recipes and house standardsSupporting the bar team during service to assure a high‐quality guest experienceComplying with hygiene and safety regulationsManaging opening setup of the station and/or lounge, and closing duties (cleaning and restocking)Ensuring the bar is well‐maintained and all equipment is kept in good condition
Qualifications
Some previous experience behind the bar or in a similar role (internship or seasonal experience welcome)A good command of English (Italian or any additional language is a plus)A proactive, adaptable mindset and a strong sense of organizationA real passion for customer service and attention to detail
