Our products are designed and engineered with Original Equipment standards, serving vehicle manufacturers, technicians, and drivers globally. We are seeking a Key Account Manager for our Ultinon Motion Business Unit, reporting directly to the Senior Sales Manager for Italy and Greece. The primary responsibility is managing a portfolio of Automotive Aftermarket & Specialist customer accounts, including buying groups and large multi-site distributors, to drive revenue, profitability, and identify new business opportunities within the division. Responsibilities include : Customer Relationship Management : Maintaining and strengthening relationships with key customers to meet their needs. Business Development : Identifying opportunities to increase sales with existing and new customers. Internal Coordination : Collaborating with marketing, sales, and production departments to fulfill customer demands. Market Analysis : Monitoring market and competitor trends to develop effective strategies. Candidate Profile : 3-5 years of sales experience as a Key Account Manager. Experience in the Automotive Aftermarket is a plus. Strong organizational skills in planning, preparation, execution, and follow-up. Team-oriented, capable of working remotely and independently. Customer-focused and effective communicator with clients and colleagues. Negotiation skills to secure advantageous agreements. Ability to analyze market data and develop long-term strategies. Flexible and adaptable to market and customer needs. Willing to travel approximately 70%, mainly nationally and across Europe. Proficient in Office 365 (PowerPoint, Excel).
