OverviewThe Product Specialist is responsible for managing and growing sales in the Region of Lombardy. The role is remote. This position reports to the National Sales Manager and is part of the Italian Sales Team.ResponsibilitiesBuild relationships with existing customers and acquire new customers to achieve sales targetsMaintain and build effective relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) in the regionOrganize and participate in local congresses and provide product trainingObserve market and competitor activities to influence company sales strategiesExecute marketing and sales strategiesQualificationsBachelor's degree in medicine, psychology, marketing, engineering, or related fieldMinimum of 5 years in overall medical device sales experience in the Italian marketDemonstrated hunter mentality and the ability to meet quotas and achieve sales targetsBasic knowledge of Italian health care systemFluency in Italian; fluent EnglishTravel & Environment60% travel primarily domestic with overnight trips requiredOccasional weekend trips to conferences and meetingsPreferred experienceInterventional Radiology experienceUnderstanding of the breast cancer diagnosis landscapeMammotome, a Danaher operating company, offers a broad array of competitive vantaggi programs.
