Responsibilities Identifying opportunities to grow revenue with existing customers through robust account plans and cross-selling. Expanding Belden's presence in the Discrete and Warehousing & Logistics sector by engaging directly with potential new customers and channel partners. Creating a comprehensive market landscape for the Discrete and Warehousing & Logistics vertical in Italy, highlighting areas of potential success for Belden. Developing and executing winning sales strategies, managing sales funnels, and achieving revenue targets. Collaborating with Customer Innovation Centers to deliver compelling, solution-based proposals that generate demand and win projects. What you will bring Educational background: Degree in Business, Marketing, or Engineering, or equivalent professional experience with a strong commercial focus. Professional experience: Proven track record in sales within the Discrete and Warehousing & Logistics sector, with specific expertise in data and network solutions. International exposure: Experience in a medium-to-large international organization, working in a matrix environment and with cross-functional teams. Agile mindset: Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and metric-driven environment. Language proficiency: Fluency in English and Italian, both written and spoken.
