Responsibilities
- Manage new business sales strategy directly with end‑user prospects
- Execute local initiatives for each strategic program or market segment
- Own strategic relationships with key prospects
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders
- Develop trusted relationships with end‑users
- Promote and position Symantec and Carbon Black cybersecurity solutions
- Communicate broader technology capabilities beyond security
- Support partnerships to drive new commercial opportunities
- Drive ongoing sales development to ensure continued adoption of security offerings
Qualifications
- Relevant experience in cybersecurity sales, managing customer relationships, sales processes and/or teams within the IT industry
- Proven track record in developing and executing strategic sales initiatives with measurable outcomes
- Ability to engage effectively with end‑users across different verticals and roles
- Solid understanding of business needs and sales drivers in enterprise environments
- Fluency in English and Italian
- Strong influencing and negotiation skills
