/liliCoordinate commercial and organizational activities within your store (promotions, events, new product launches, CRM campaigns).
/liliManage the store's profit and loss statement (inventory discrepancies, operating costs, personnel costs) and propose new strategies to optimize cost categories.
/liliAnalyze and drive KPIs related to customer behavior (store traffic, average transaction value, units per transaction, etc.).
/liliManage the stockroom, maintaining optimal stock levels in accordance with product replenishment cycles and merchandising strategies.
/liliImplement company procedures (regulations, safety procedures) and commercial policies (pricing, promotions, communication) established by central departments.
/liliAs the leader of your store, you will manage Sephora Specialists (Department Managers), managerial figures specializing in welcoming customers and engaging them on the sales floor.
/liliCollaborate with your Area Manager and the HR department in designing customized internal career development programs.
/liliCreate a climate where people are motivated to do their best to help the organization achieve its objectives.
