Regional Elevator Sales Manager - Europe
Responsible for growth, sales development and profitability of elevator products in the assigned region. Specifically accountable for developing and improving customer relationships at all levels up to executive, R&D, Engineering, Purchasing, and corresponding reports. Be the expert and leader in elevator belts and accessories.
Accountabilities
* Develop the three channels of elevator sales: OEM, modernization, and service (incl. distribution).
* Develop elevator parts distribution channels.
* Formulate and lead execution of regional strategies, plans, budgets, and programs to support company sales and profitability objectives.
* Conduct market intelligence analysis to detect opportunities for development for existing and new customers and deploy strategic plans to increase portfolio value in line with targets.
* Maintain and continually improve the team’s knowledge by providing training and updates to all regions.
* Identify product and solution gaps and work with internal teams to address such gaps.
* Ensure compliance with regional regulations and standards.
* Attain required product certifications.
* Organize important industry-related fairs and events.
