Experteer OverviewIn this Category Manager role, you shape Sephora's category strategy in Milan by driving the marketing mix and 360 launch plans. You lead cross-functional collaboration with brands and suppliers to deliver impactful assortments, pricing, promotions, and in-store animations. You translate market and consumer insights into category actions, while mentoring the team and maintaining strong stock and sell-through performance. This position combines strategic influence with hands‑on execution to differentiate the category in-store and online.
