Job Title: Business Development Manager (South Italy), Prato Client: Hanwha Vision Europe Location: South Italy (preferably in the Milan area or in the South region) Job Category: Other EU Work Permit Required: Yes Job Reference: 8321977341953703936337140 Job Views: 3 Posted: 06.05.2025 Expiry Date: 20.06.2025 Job Description: Key Responsibilities: Develop close relationships with end users, consultants, and specifiers in the Video Security Channel to promote the Hanwha brand and increase sales of security products. Achieve sales objectives related to product and market share through strategic analysis and influencing decision makers. Conduct short and medium-term sales planning, share market insights with the Product Management team, and collaborate on marketing strategies. Manage and develop a network of partners (integrators and installers) within the Hanwha channel partner program (STEP Programme), focusing on sales revenue. Support Strategic Sales Managers in identifying opportunities within designated vertical markets. Engage in activities such as end-user consultations, liaising with system integrators, and maintaining communication with customers about product information. Increase project pipeline and revenue, both with existing customers and by acquiring new clients. Report weekly on sales progress and project developments. Analyze existing customer data and participate in market segmentation and positioning. Contribute ideas for marketing plans, product launches, and customer events. Focus on product/channel/customer margins and ensure accurate sales forecasting. Achieve set budgets and targets. Requirements: Proven experience in business development or sales, with a successful track record in demanding environments. Extensive knowledge of CCTV and related technologies, with experience presenting solutions to end users and consultants. Ability to understand customer needs, define solutions, and prepare professional proposals. Market knowledge within the electronic security, IT, and networking sectors. Experience with CCTV manufacturing companies is beneficial but not essential. Understanding of network video systems and topology. Business or technical degree is advantageous. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel. Strong relationship-building skills and motivation to enhance market presence. Independent thinking, good judgment, and team orientation. Organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and solution-focused. Self-motivated with project management and communication skills, capable of presenting at all levels. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Fluent in English and at least one local European language. Valid driver’s license. Location: This is a field-based role requiring extensive travel within South Italy and occasionally outside Italy. Ideally, the candidate will reside in the Milan area or in the South region.
