Position:
We are looking for a Junior Sales Account responsible for developing new leads, communicating with customers, and understanding their needs to meet sales targets. You will work closely with the CEO to ensure a smooth sales process, actively participating in product evolution and company growth.
Key responsibilities:
* Following up on leads and engaging potential customers
* Understanding customer needs and identifying opportunities
* Gaining in-depth product knowledge for demos and sales optimization
* Preparing proposals
* Supporting onboarding of new users
* Achieving sales targets and contributing to growth
* Attending events and occasional business trips
Requirements:
Must haves:
* Bachelor's degree in Economics, Management, or related
* 2+ years in sales or similar
* Excellent communication skills
* Strong organizational and multitasking skills
* Fluent in English (spoken and written)
* Team-oriented mindset
Nice to have:
* Experience in SaaS sales
* Startup environment experience
* Healthcare or healthtech sales knowledge
