To strengthen its commercial structure, we are seeking an Account Manager for the Tuscany and Central Italy area, with a structured growth path towards the role of Area Manager. Your new role You will be part of the Water Treatment division, the technological core of the company, responsible for developing and managing the customer portfolio in your assigned area. You will work in synergy with a team comprising an agent and three technical salespeople, with direct support from the current Area Manager. Your tasks will include consolidating existing relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and proposing tailored technical solutions aligned with customer needs. The role involves significant field activity, frequent visits to clients and plants, and direct involvement in technical and application proposals, in collaboration with R&D and the internal laboratory. What you need to succeed Degree in chemistry (preferably environmental or industrial); Commercial experience in water treatment or in chemical/manufacturer companies of water treatment systems; Knowledge of specialty chemicals and high-tech B2B sales dynamics; Strong customer orientation, listening skills, and a consultative approach; Good knowledge of English (nice to have); Entrepreneurial attitude, autonomy in managing the area, and goal-oriented work capacity; Willingness to travel frequently; What you will get in return Permanent contract, directly with the client company; Compensation package: fixed variable company car for mixed use; Growth path towards managerial roles, with ongoing technical training and mentorship.
