Your profile:
* Lighting knowledge
* Technical and commercial skills
* Balanced tactical and operational skills
* Customer-focused with a passion for excellent service
* Practical, hands-on mentality
* Clear verbal communication, empathetic and concise
* Persuasive sales skills with the ability to influence
* Experience with Salesforce (preferred)
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
* Fluent in English and Italian

Your responsibilities:
* Implement the commercial policy for the professional lighting channel
* Build regional coverage supporting agency work
* Develop business cases with the Country Manager and Sales Head for expansion
* Identify and develop new customers (installers, contractors, end users)
* Develop projects and report via Salesforce
* Conduct trainings for agencies and customers in Italy
* Promote BLE system, collaborating with agencies and HQ
* Gather market insights and communicate with marketing
* Meet targets and budgets
* Manage internal relationships across channels and departments
