Extremely organized, able to set personal high standards and incredibly motivated to outperform. /ppbr/pulliHe/she is very well structured, results oriented with excellent computer skills. He/she is aware that the base of sales results are also a consequence of a maniacal, constant and timely saving of contacts, information and customer data. /liliHe/she is responsible to drive MICE business to IHC hotels working in strong synergy with the proactive sales team. He/she is responsible to implement strategic sales activities and plans, in order to achieve and exceed revenue targets and market customer share. /liliPersonally, accountable for selected key accounts/feeder markets and revenue targets. /liliExcellent knowledge and outstanding track record of incremental success in the Italian Market both MICE Agencies and Corporate are mandatory. /liliHe/She reports to the Corporate Director of Sales and Marketing. /li /ulpbr/pp Location base: Milano /pp Travelling: required 60%. /ppbr/ppbMANDATORY REQUIREMENTS /b /ppbr/ppListed below are the mandatory requirements recognized as minimum level to be short listed for this role. /ppbr/pulliA minimum of 8 years in a sales position within MICE segment, including: /liliA minimum of 6 years in a proactive MICE sales role. /liliA minimum of 2 years in a reactive MICE sales role. /liliA minimum of 2 years in an international hotel group (ideally Hilton, Starwood, Marriott) /liliA minimum of 2 years in a MICE sales position for luxury hotels /liliA minimum of 2 years in a cluster environment /li /ulpbr/pulliProven track record of deep knowledge of the following markets: Italy + at least one of the following: UK, Switzerland, France, Nordic Countries. /liliHighly computer literate with excellent presentation skills (including powerpoint), confident use of all office tools (including excel). /liliNative or fluent in Italian (written and spoken) /liliFluent in English (written and spoken) /liliStrong analytical and strategic mindset as well as easy approach on weekly reporting system /liliConfident use of CRM /liliMust be EU Citizen or in possession of Italian work visa. /li /ulpbr/ppPlease note that candidates not matching these mandatory requirements will not be short listed and will not receive a reply on the application due to the high number of applicants. /p pbCORE JOB RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES /b /p ulliActively participate to the development and delivery of IHC Sales Plan. /liliPrepare, present and execute the Annual Sales Action Plan for the assigned regions. /liliConstantly monitor, analyse and reports sales results. /liliPro-actively plans and execute weekly sales appointments, sales promotion, and follow ups, BBOBs in order to achieve and exceed the revenue targets. /liliConstantly and timely updates CRM software with sales calls, account information, tasks, projects etc. /liliProvide guidance to sales managers. /liliDevelop key account plans, detailing objectives, timescales and sales methods to support the defined sales strategy. /liliAccurately identifies the level of influence and decision-making power of contacts in the customer organization and uses these to secure business. /liliSupport the MICE Department with the conversion of new and repeat enquiries. /liliReviews customer base to determine new opportunities for account penetration. /liliContributes ideas to improve the products and services offered. /liliAttends sales trips and tradeshow nationally and internationally in accordance with the Sales Trips Plan. /li /ul pbPERSONALITY AND SKILLS /b /ppbr/ppThese are the personal skills, qualities and attributes you will need to demonstrate in order to carry out your job effectively. /ppbr/pulliSets high personal performance standards. /liliPlans organizes and uses a systematic approach to get things done. /liliManages time and resources effectively. /liliPrioritizes actions and manages tasks through to completion. /liliActively seeks opportunities to develop and learn from experience. /liliCommunicates openly and clearly both verbally and in writing. /liliPitches information at the appropriate level. /liliListens to the needs of others before contributing. /liliDevelops positive working relationships at all levels. /li /ul
